Kitchen design
Local $5,950 · Remote $5,450
One kitchen, up to approximately 250 sq ft.
- Functional layout, workflow and storage planning.
- Cabinetry design-intent elevations and a dimensioned design floor plan.
- Appliance placement and specifications; sink, faucet, lighting and hardware selections.
- Countertop, backsplash, flooring and paint selections.
- 3D design views and a product and finish specification schedule.
Also included: discovery and project brief, one design presentation, one consolidated revision round, final digital contractor handoff and one contractor or cabinetmaker clarification call.
2.
Powder room design
Local $2,250 · Remote $1,950
One room with a toilet and sink or vanity, without a bathing area.
- Functional layout and vanity planning.
- A dimensioned design floor plan and key interior elevations.
- Toilet, sink, faucet, vanity, countertop and mirror selections.
- Lighting, hardware, flooring, paint and wall finish or tile direction.
- 3D design views and a product and finish specification schedule.

Standard bathroom design

One vanity zone, one toilet and one tub, shower or tub/shower zone.
- Layout, storage and vanity planning.

- Tile design direction, flooring, paint and lighting selections.

Primary ensuite design
Local $4,950 · Remote $4,450
A primary ensuite, with vanity, toilet, shower and an optional separate bathtub.
- Layout, storage and circulation planning for the ensuite.
- Vanity design intent, a dimensioned floor plan and key interior elevations.
- Bathing fixtures, vanity, countertop, mirrors and hardware selections.
- Coordinated tile design direction, flooring, paint and lighting selections.
- 3D design views and a product and finish specification schedule.

Local design · Toronto & GTA
Includes a site-measurement visit and existing-condition documentation, along with the room-specific design work above.
Remote design
The same room-specific design deliverables, presentation, revision and handoff, delivered virtually. You supply measurements, photos, a walkthrough video and available plans using our measurement guide. Site visits and independent field measurement are not included; your local contractor or supplier verifies critical dimensions before ordering or building.
One coordinated revision
Combine feedback from all decision-makers into one submission. The included revision develops the chosen direction within the agreed brief. Additional rooms, concepts, revisions, renderings, meetings and re-selections are quoted and approved in writing.
Design services only
Products and construction are separate. Purchasing, ordering, delivery and returns, contractor hiring, construction scheduling, site supervision and ongoing construction support are not included. Drawings communicate design intent; they are not architectural, engineering, permit, construction or shop drawings. Contractors and suppliers verify dimensions, site conditions, code requirements and fabrication details.
Fees in CAD, plus applicable tax. Larger or unusually complex rooms are scoped separately. Your signed proposal confirms the deliverables and limits for your project.
