Benningham Interiors provides independent kitchen and bathroom design through fixed-fee local and remote packages. We plan cabinetry and specify every included product, while you or your contractor purchase directly from suppliers. All prices are in Canadian dollars, plus HST.

KITCHEN DESIGN
Complete Kitchen Design — $5,950.
Designed for kitchens up to approximately 250 sq. ft., including a local measure, up to two planning concepts, dimensioned floor plans, design-intent elevations, fixture and finish specifications, three 3D views, one consolidated revision round, presentation and digital contractor handoff.
Large or open-plan kitchens add $1,000.
BATHROOM DESIGN
Powder Room — $2,250 (up to approximately 50 sq. ft.).
Standard Bathroom — $3,950 (up to approximately 100 sq. ft.).
Primary Ensuite — $4,950 (up to approximately 150 sq. ft.).
Each package includes a local measure, up to two planning concepts, dimensioned plans, design-intent elevations, fixture and finish specifications, two 3D views, one consolidated revision round, presentation and digital contractor handoff.
REMOTE DESIGN
Remote Kitchen — $5,450.
Remote Powder Room — $1,950.
Remote Standard Bathroom — $3,450.
Remote Primary Ensuite — $4,450.
Remote Design delivers the same professional design outcome—not a reduced mood-board package—using client-supplied measurements, photographs, video and available plans.
All critical dimensions and site conditions must be verified locally before pricing, ordering, fabrication or construction.
IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT
Implementation Support — add $1,250
Up to six hours over eight consecutive weeks for limited quote and shop-drawing review, two coordination touchpoints, substitution review, email clarification and a finishing list.
Design support only; no procurement, contractor management or construction supervision.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Additional consolidated revision round — $450 for a powder room; $650 for a standard bathroom; $750 for a kitchen or ensuite.
New layout concept or substantive redesign — from $900.
Additional 3D perspective view — $250 each.
Additional meeting, call or clarification work — $225 per hour.
Additional local site review — $475 for up to 90 minutes within the Greater Toronto Area.
Additional shop-drawing review — $375 per set.
Additional quote or allowance comparison — $350 for up to two submissions.
Product or material re-selection — from $225 per product category.
Implementation Support extension — $750 for a prepaid three-hour block used within four consecutive weeks.
Travel outside the Greater Toronto Area and unusual complexity are quoted separately.
Benningham Interiors provides design services only. Clients or contractors purchase all products and cabinetry directly. Our drawings communicate design intent and are not architectural, engineering, permit, construction or shop drawings.
Work beyond the stated package limits is priced and approved in writing before it begins. All prices are in Canadian dollars, plus HST.
DESIGN CONSULTATIONS
Virtual design consultation — $325, up to 60 minutes.
In-home design consultation — $475, up to 90 minutes within the Greater Toronto Area.
Each session focuses on one room or defined issue and includes a concise written summary. Drawings, 3D views, formal specifications and contractor support are not included. Travel outside the Greater Toronto Area is quoted separately.
