Refund Policy

Digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned. For that reason, purchases are generally final once download access has been provided.
When We May Provide Assistance
Please contact hello@benningham.ca if:
• You did not receive access to the purchased files
• A file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened using the stated technical requirements
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase
• You received the wrong product
• The product is materially different from its website description
Benningham Interiors will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing technical assistance, a corrected file, or replacement download access. If the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, an appropriate refund may be issued.
Change-of-Mind Purchases
Refunds are not normally provided for:
• Change of mind after download access has been provided
• Accidental purchases that have already been downloaded or accessed
• Failure to read the product description or stated technical requirements
• A decision not to proceed with a renovation or project
Technical Compatibility
Refunds are not normally provided for differences caused by software versions, devices, operating systems, fonts, printers, or user-modified files. Review the product description and stated technical requirements before purchasing.
Duplicate Charges
If you are charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us with your order details. Once verified, the duplicate charge will be refunded.
Wrong or Misdescribed Product
If you receive the wrong product, or if the product is materially different from its website description, contact us so we can provide the correct files or an appropriate refund.
Requesting Assistance
Contact hello@benningham.ca with:
• Your name
• Order number
• Email address used for the purchase
• Product name
• A description of the issue
• Screenshots or error messages, where helpful
Processing Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Timing and Original Payment Method
Processing times are controlled by the payment provider and your financial institution. Benningham Interiors cannot guarantee when an approved refund will appear in your account.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any cancellation, refund, or other consumer right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
