Store Terms & Digital Product Licence

These Store Terms apply to digital products purchased from Benningham Interiors through benningham.ca. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted these terms, the applicable product description, and the Refund Policy.
Agreement and Digital Products
These Store Terms govern digital products purchased from Benningham Interiors through benningham.ca. Products may include downloadable PDF guides, Microsoft Excel workbooks, Google Sheets-compatible files, checklists, templates, planning tools, and related materials. Each product page describes what is included.
No physical product will be shipped unless expressly stated.
Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and any other mandatory charges will be displayed before checkout. Payment is processed through the payment providers available through Wix, and an order is complete only after payment is authorized. Benningham Interiors may correct pricing or product-listing errors and may cancel and refund an affected order where necessary.
Delivery
Digital products are generally made available for download after successful payment. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining a device, internet connection, and software capable of opening the purchased files. If you do not receive access to your files, contact hello@benningham.ca.
Personal-Use Licence
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital product for your own personal household purposes. You may:
• Download the files to your personal devices
• Create reasonable backup copies
• Print reasonable copies for use within your own household
• Edit designated workbook or template fields for your own renovation planning
Licence Restrictions
You may not:
• Share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, copy, publish, upload, or give the files to another person
• Use the files for client work, paid services, commercial projects, training, resale, or business distribution
• Remove Benningham Interiors branding or copyright notices
• Alter the files and sell or distribute the altered version
• Make the files available through a shared drive, website, marketplace, social platform, or public download link
A personal-use purchase does not include a professional or commercial licence. Contact Benningham Interiors if a professional-use licence becomes available in the future.
Intellectual Property
All digital products, text, layouts, worksheets, graphics, photographs, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Benningham Interiors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or copyright.
Software Compatibility
Products identified as spreadsheet files are designed for use with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Features, formulas, fonts, print settings, and formatting may display differently depending on the software version, device, operating system, or user settings. Product descriptions will identify known technical requirements where applicable.
Planning Information Only
Benningham Interiors’ digital products are general planning and educational resources. They are not legal, financial, architectural, engineering, permit, medical, occupational-therapy, building-code, or construction advice. Requirements vary by property, municipality, condominium, contractor, product, and individual need. You are responsible for confirming measurements, costs, permits, codes, accessibility requirements, product suitability, and professional advice for your specific project.
Refunds, Privacy and Acceptable Use
Digital-product purchases are governed by the Refund Policy posted on this website. Personal information collected through the Store is handled according to the Benningham Interiors Privacy Policy. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or use purchased files in a way that infringes the rights of Benningham Interiors or another party. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
Liability, Changes, Governing Law and Contact
To the extent permitted by law, Benningham Interiors is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or project-related losses arising from the use of a digital product. Where liability cannot be excluded, Benningham Interiors’ total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
Benningham Interiors may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order will apply to that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
